Rapid Nutrition Enters Strategic Discussions to Expand SystemLS Brand into Europe

Rapid Nutrition initiates talks with a leading European distributor as part of its global expansion strategy, targeting the region’s USD 6.3B plant-based protein market.

London, United Kingdom – 13 May 2025Rapid Nutrition PLC (Euronext Growth: ALRPD), a global leader in natural health and wellness products, today announced that it has entered advanced discussions with a leading European nutritional distributor as part of a strategic initiative to launch its flagship brand, SystemLS, across the European market.

This development represents a significant milestone in Rapid Nutrition’s international expansion strategy and is expected to position the Company for enhanced long-term growth and value creation.

Europe’s protein powder market is projected to exceed USD 6.3 billion by 2028, driven largely by the surge in demand for plant-based, clean-label, and sustainably sourced nutrition. European consumers continue to prioritise transparency, ingredient integrity, and environmental sustainability—principles that are deeply embedded in the SystemLS product line, which features premium Australian-grown fava bean protein and is currently part of a major U.S.-based clinical study focused on health and nutrition outcomes of women over 50 with joint pain.

“Our entry into Europe marks a strategic step forward in our global rollout of SystemLS,” said Rapid Nutrition CEO Simon St. Ledger. “We are in discussions with a highly experienced European partner whose infrastructure and retail relationships could provide a strong commercial launchpad across key markets.”

A successful outcome from these discussions is expected to unlock significant revenue opportunities, providing further momentum to Rapid Nutrition’s growth trajectory and supporting long-term value creation for its shareholders. This potential partnership would further strengthen the Company’s global footprint by positioning it alongside experienced teams in strategic markets where it already maintains a presence—including Australia, the United States, China, and now Europe—enhancing both brand reach and operational depth across multiple high-growth regions.

Further updates will be provided as discussions progress.
