London, United Kingdom – 16 March, 2026 – Rapid Nutrition PLC (Euronext Growth: ALRPD), notes the announcement issued by the Autorité des marchés financiers regarding the temporary suspension of trading in the Company’s shares on Euronext Growth Paris until April 10,2026 included, while the regulator continue its analysis of recent market activity.
The Company confirms that its business operations, commercial activities and strategic initiatives continue as planned.
Rapid Nutrition acknowledges the AMF’s supervisory role in overseeing market activity and recognises the importance of maintaining orderly market conditions.
The Company is mindful that the suspension limits the ability of shareholders to trade in the Company’s shares and looks forward to the resumption of trading following completion of the regulator’s review.
